This commercial unit is constructed
from long lasting Western Red Cedar featuring a 6ft x 8ft upper floor
including a full balcony. The upper deck is 5 1/2ft. from the ground. The
sidewall height is a full 27" built on a safe 4ft x 6ft base. The
bottom playarea is 6ft x 6ft and has a solid wood floor. Overall height of the unit is 11
1/2ft. from ground level to the peak in roof. The roof is of solid wood decking covered
with #1 wood shingles. Included is a 10ft. double wave slide and 2- 8ft. 4x6 swing
extensions complete with 4 commercial vandal proof belt swings and safety hand grips. All
hardware is plated for extended outdoor use and meets all safety standards. The
swing hangers are galvanized steel with "oil-lite" bronze bearings.
